 Dragon Princess: First Love |
My second dragon, modeled as a portrait of my female iguana named Charlie, who is much bigger now and still patiently awaiting her own set of wings. I judge the success of my sculpting by the enthusiastic bobbing and enlarged frill which Charlie displays whenever the Princess comes to visit her. Or maybe she just wants her own velvet dress or gold nails done to match, I'm not quite sure. (Those of you who know iguanas may wrongly assume the princess is about to eat this rose recently sent by her first love. I tell you she will not, but we shall see!) Gown of velvet with gold trims, opal gemstone, blue silk blouse and matching pantaloons, sculpted pointy shoes. Poseable painted fabric body, tail and "hands", with removeable rose.
