 Ave, the Guardian of Tomorrow |
Ave (Ah-vey) is an ancient sorceress, a descendant of the Bird Goddess, no doubt. She stands barefoot at the threshold of the Great Mystery, dressed in the shining feathers of Raven, the messenger of change. Her mask is now uplifted, as she gently holds this hope of the future, this mystery of life, between her irridescent magical wings of flight. Upright and full of life, the egg is just beginning to crack. Nourished in the darkness from which all creation comes, this new life will soon greet the light of day. What will tomorrow bring? Ave is made of Super Sculpey with soft body over poseable armature, with wool hair. She is dressed in midnight satin, with feathered wings and tail of silver-stitched sparkling nylon.
